1. Service Access & Entry
How do we get in? We require reliable access to your property at the scheduled time. This means providing a key, code, or being present to greet our team. If we're locked out for more than 20 minutes, a lockout fee of £35 may apply. We values your time as much as ours, after all.
2. Payment & Billing
We've simplified the process. Payments are due upon completion of the clean. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. For deep cleans and seasonal refresh packages, we require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. It's how we keep our logistics sharp.
3. The 100% Quality Guarantee
What if something isn't perfect? If any area of your home doesn't meet the [[COMPANY_NAME]] standard, notify us within 24 hours. We'll return to reclean that specific area at no additional cost to you. We're human, but we strive for mountain-air perfection.
4. Health & Safety

5. Liability & Breakage
